The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s Food Industry Innovation projects invites you to a food labelling masterclass. This workshop will take you through the intricacies of ANZ food labelling and equip you to find the path that balances risk with compliance.
The workshop program will cover:
- mandatory labelling tricks and pitfalls
- health and ingredient claims in product development
- false and misleading claims – the Australian Consumer Law
- compliance and risk management.
Workshop presenter, Chris Preston, is a legal and regulatory specialist with extensive experience in food regulation. Chris has provided legal advice and services to governments, industry bodies, manufacturers and brand owners.
