You may notice weather station changes for some locations. In some locations, a suitable weather station may not be available and so we may use interpolated weather data, which uses data from surrounding stations to create reasonable values for missing weather data.
Sowing time can depend on a range of factors and it is recommended to consult an agronomist to determine the optimal sowing window for your situation.

Key to blackspot severity scores
The aim is to delay sowing or implement a disease management plan based on the blackspot risk of field pea crops. The Blackspot risk will be low once the majority of blackspot spores (approximately 60%) have been released prior to the crop emergence and sowing after this date will reduce yield losses from blackspot. There are many other reasons that affect grain yield and sowing prior to a low blackspot risk can often be advantageous, therefore, it is recommended discussing individual situations with an agronomist.
