Agricultural weed surveillance project: participation form

The Agricultural Weed Surveillance Project is looking for producer and community input into the development, implementation and progress of this project. If you are interested in participating please fill out the short participation form located below.

Participation levels being sought include:

High: You or your group would like to participate in focus group activities.
Medium: You or your group would like to contribute information, to do weed surveillance, and or do weed training.
Low: You or your group would like information sent to you.
