The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s (DPIRD) Food Industry Innovation (FII) project supports Western Australian businesses working in the value-added premium food and beverage sector to better capture market opportunities and enhance business viability and growth opportunities. r to better capture market opportunities and enhance business viability and growth opportunities. Food and beverage manufacturing businesses will participate in a study tour to Victoria in September 2019.
The FII team will be hosting a study tour to Melbourne, Victoria between 1-7 September 2019, which will include VIP access and networking at the inaugural Global Table event, site visits to premium food and beverage manufacturers in regional Victoria and presentations and linkages to key note speakers from the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
The full program will be available in mid-July 2019. A draft itinerary is currently available.
The Interstate Study Tour is valued at over $5,000 per person and will provide business leaders access to key relationships and knowledge of the Australian food and beverage supply chain.
