Trial sites
The Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia (DAFWA) has significant direct investment in agricultural research, development and extension capability and activities.
As part of this investment, DAFWA conducts an extensive program of field trials and demonstrations sites across the state. These activities are conducted in close collaboration with other members of the agricultural industry including farmers, farmer groups, agribusiness, research organisations and funding bodies.
These linkages and partnerships underpin the department's capacity to tackle agricultural issues of national and regional importance and deliver profitable management solutions to the state's primary producers.
More information about DAFWA's 2014 research and development field activities can be accessed through the links below. This includes an interactive map showing the location of research activities as well as specific information about individual trials.
